My photo shoots are unique because...

I believe photo shoots are about more than just the photos that result from them. The experience itself should be entertaining and memorable. That's why I use original themes and colourful props to create magical settings. The sessions are active, engaging and most of all fun for parent and child.

I operate from a Home Studio

My schedule is not dictated by a hiring studio which means that in addition to being cost-effective, I can also offer my undivided attention, relaxed and rush-free, to every shoot.

I create Fully Engaged Sessions

We don't pose - we play! With plenty of props and toys to inspire and challenge your LOs these are fully engaged sessions with no spectators.

I listen hard

No two photo shoots are the same. In the weeks/days preceding your session I'll be guided by you to create a shoot-plan that best captures the people that you love most, and know the best.

What to Expect?

Telephone consultation
Upon confirmation of your booking, we will schedule a telephone consultation to clarify your objectives and preferences for the session. I'll share examples with you of photography sets, themes and other ideas so that we can agree the style and structure of your shoot
A customised session plan
Following our discussion I'll plan a shoot for you that is totally bespoke. I'll send you a schedule for the day, joining instructions and a series of helpful hints and tips to help you get the most out of your day.
Themes, props and costumes
Naturally you'll be given access to my inventory of themes, props and costumes should you wish to incorporate any of these into your shoot.
Fun, engaging, no rush session
My sessions are engaging and playful with plenty of toys and props to keep your LOs entertained. Sessions typically last up to 90 minutes which means that we have penty of time for the family to get comfortable and to take a few breaks along the way. We dedicate considerably longer to Newborn sessions to allow for sleeping, nursing and the delicate care required to set up each shot safely.
High resolution digital images with full rights to printing
Within a maximum of three weeks (and often much sooner) of your session you will receieve a collection of images from which to choose. You'll typically receive 1.5 - 2 times the number of images included in your shoot. Once I receive your preferences I'll complete the final touches and share with you. I creatively retouch each image individually. I do not batch process. You can expect to receive all of your digitally mastered images within ten days of your session although I'm able to work to tighter deadlines if agreed in advance.
A private and secure online gallery
All photos are shared via a private online gallery with password protection. You'll be issued with a bespoke URL and password to share with friends and family as required. Our system will also give you the ability to downbload the high resolution images and/or to order any additional prints in various forms & sizes there and then directly to your door.
A bespoke smart phone app
We'll also send you a link so that you can host your gallery via a bespoke app directly on your phone.
